CU Online is looking
for a Web/Internet and Marketing Intern to work in collaboration
with the Information Management, Marketing and Student Services
Coordinator to develop and implement a full range of marketing
programs and initiatives. This position will be exposed to
all aspects of marketing, ranging from initial market research
on specific target prospects to creating brand awareness through
marketing activities.
In addition, the Web/Internet and Marketing Intern will be
responsible for providing support with website marketing,
maintenance and development. This includes analyzing Web site
usability standards and participating in usability testing
and marketing focus groups when necessary.
The candidate must be a Junior or higher at the University
of Colorado at Denver pursuing a degree in Marketing, Information
Technology, or in a reasonably related field. The ideal candidate
will also possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent
verbal and written skills, and a strong desire to learn. Strong
computer skills are also required. Knowledge of software programs
such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop
preferred.
This is a part-time position paying $10 per hour. If you are
